Sales Associate

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and greet clients and visitors and co-employees with a smile.
Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
Be educated on the properties, ingredients, health benefits of all the products carried at the store.
Be aware of product prices and stock levels.
Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service.
Respectfully listen to and address any customer complaints and report to supervisor and take note.
Daily revising of produce to ensure the are no overripe or wilted fresh items on display.
Ensure accuracy of items for delivery.
Displaying good listening skills to identify customer needs.
Confidently making and closing sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any course, an associate or a college undergrad
Previous food retail, supermarket and any food industry sales experiences
Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
Fantastic customer service skills
Ok with shift scheduling, working weekends, and holidays
