Sales And Marketing Lead

Main Activities and Responsibilities:? Develop a strong understanding and subject matter expertise of Ayuda Business Management Solutions Inc capabilities, and develop written materials that appropriately position these capabilities
? Provide support, assistance, and coordination to Business Development of the company to ensure client meeting proposal and interactions will run smoothly? Responsible with tenders or proposals, including:
? Supporting recruitment operations performance against milestones and producing progress reports
? Collating, editing and formatting tender/proposal response material to suit specific response requirements
? Research, document preparation, written contribution, and solution development input
? Creating client presentation templates, populating where appropriate and sourcing of clients
? Managing proposals or where required engaging with Operations to scope and design
? Ensure an appropriate recruitment solution that will meet client needs all contract agreement and procedures are adhered to at all times
Qualifications and Typical Experience:

? Minimum 2 years experience in similar pre-sales or bid management roles within Recruitment Firm, Office Leasing, BPO or contact center industry.
? Strong consultative sales skills, and demonstrated experience selling products and services both verbally, and written communications
? Communication and Presentation Skills
? Consultative approach with the client to identify business issues/revenue opportunities that can be addressed with the application of Ayuda’s Recruitment systems, people & outsourcing capabilities
? Broad, end to end understanding of Ayuda’s operations including recruitment, workforce management, performance management, quality assurance, and other operational facets
? Ability and initiative to research new concepts and develop verbal & written communications
that clearly articulate these concepts

? Ability to multitask and manage the requirements of multiple projects or engagements
? Strong Client management skills to ensure close cooperation and engagement with the across
Ayuda Business Management Solutions operations team
