The Sales & Business Development Manager is instrumental in driving business growth by converting new staffing/outsourcing, PERM, RPO, and BTS leads into sales opportunities. Consequently, this role is primarily responsible in progressing and closing opportunities for delivery. This role also serves as a crucial bridge between clients and our company, ensuring that business goals align with client needs and objectives; securing business expansion per client/account (upsell/crossell).
Responsibilities:
Sales Leads Generation: Run calibrated business market research, represent Manpower (Philippines) in networking activities, and create/identify new sales leads to develop and build sales pipeline.
Closing Opportunities (Contracting): I mmediately resolve identified concerns and challenges towards closing deals and contracts; familiarize and develop expertise on basic legal considerations and operational requirements to affirm client apprehension for contract closure.
Sales Pipeline Documentation and Reporting:  Register and document all potential leads and business opportunities in CRM tool (and/or in any Manpower Philippines sales portal when necessary); regularly report and communicate to their respective BU heads pipeline health and other required sales-related metrics.
Client Engagement and Account Management: establish and build productive and professional relationship with clients; maintain timely communication with existing and potential clients (e.g. timely response to emails, participation in vendor/supplier activities, etc.); with the assigned BU Consultant, proactively resolve and manage potential issues/concerns prior to escalation.
What we are looking for A Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Social Sciences, Economics, Marketing, or a related field At least 4 years of pertinent work experience, ideally within an industry-related sector such as FMCG, IT-BPO, Energy, Finance/Banking, or in HR/Recruitment Highly proficient in utilizing computer applications for work, including MS Dynamics, various Microsoft apps, Google apps, etc.
