Sales Administrator

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PHP a month
Draft quotes, rental agreements, and final invoices using PandaDoc with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Handle inquiries from potential clients, managing communication from initial contact to payment processing, including follow-up emails and webinar engagements Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring precise tracking of leads, prospects, and clients through various stages of the sales process Develop and manage client journey boards, outlining clear step-by-step processes from registration to invoicing, ensuring team alignment and process adherence Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to meet client needs Maintain Calendly events and the main calendar, reflecting all booked retreats, organization-hosted events, and potential leads Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred Proficiency in using PandaDoc or similar document management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com) and calendar management (Calendly) tools is a plus.
