Construct Your Success Story: Blueprint for Growth Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Building Blocks of Success: Your Role in Action Assist in the billing process for the entire More Telecom group, including retail and wholesale brands.
Provide customers with exceptional support by addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
Aid the sales team with administrative tasks such as invoicing, quoting, and order processing.
Support team with event planning activities.
Utilize ERP and CRM software to maintain accurate records.
Follow up with clients for project updates, ensuring information accuracy.
Requirements Qualify for Greatness: Skills for the Future 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service-Sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven customer service experience with a focus on patience and empathy.
Strong administrative skills, especially in Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
Attention to detail is a must.
