Job Description Position Title: Sales Account Manager Reports to: Sales Operations Head
Department/section/unit: Sales Business Unit

Brief Description of the Job:
Responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

1. "Goes the extra mile" to drive sales with excellent customer service
2. Welcomes customers queries
3. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
4. Assesses customers' needs and provides assistance and information on product features
5. Follows and achieves sales goals on a periodic basis
6. Maintains prospects and contacts in the assigned areas
7. Actively seeks out new leads and referrals
8. Knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
9. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
10. Build productive trust relationships with customers
11. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)
12. Performs other work maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements to do the Job
Education : BS degree in Marketing or related field
Skill:
- Proven Sales work experience
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Hands-on experience with IT Services transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Years of Work Experience related to the Job: At least 3 years sales management experience
