Description:
What is the role?
· The Sales Account Manager will target major fabless semiconductor and electronics assembly customers selling and promoting electronics data / analytic solutions to dramatically improve ramp to volume, manufacturing efficiency and brand quality
· The sales account manager must have a strategic mindset and use consultative and solution-based selling skills
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all sales function including acquisition of new customers/ business
Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations with the help of Application Subject Matter Experts to engage with new potential customers
Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
Identify manufacturing business Issues of the assigned accounts to assure we can solve their problems and deliver real value through yieldWerx’s analytic solutions
Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
· Networking and discovery within assigned accounts to engage with new groups, create and sustain valued relationships with customer leadership, and identify new qualified sales opportunities
· Update and maintain company brochure for multiple markets and a general company overview
· Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
· Keep current with customer developments, competitive developments, and market intelligence through various resource mining (e.g. news feeds, blogs, case studies etc.) synthesizing this information into product / process innovation or improvements
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Requirements:
The Sales Account Manager must have
Education:4-year BS degree in an engineering or data science field is desired – MBA degree is also a plus

· Proven track-record of sales and/or business development of products and solutions within the high technology industry
· Good understanding of the trends, challenges and technologies, within Electronics Manufacturing with a focus on using machine and test parametric data to improve efficiency, yields, reliability and speed of problem resolution
Established relationships with High Level decision makers in target accounts
VP Operations
Director Test Engineering
Director Product Engineering
Director Design Engineering
Director Yield Engineering
Experience in outside field sales, including complex sales processes, strategic selling, value-based selling and solution selling
Understanding of and experience in the Automotive Electronics market is a significant advantage
Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
No reluctance to cold calling and prospecting
Independent with strong self-organizational and planning skills
Ability to work in a multi-discipline, international and multi-cultural team
Experience in working remotely
Cultivate the development market and establish contacts to cultivate new client relationships

· Must be able to conduct WebEx demos of the software products to create excitement about the offerings
