Sales Account Manager / Executive

1.1 Knowledge of hotel properties and amenities· 100% knowledge of the hotel properties and amenities· Handles all inquiries and details
2. Basic Sales Administrative Function 2.1 Closely monitors and follow up clients for booking confirmations· Conducts the seven (7) days grace period for blocking of dates for confirmation and wait listing· Updates confirmed/revised/cancelled bookings· Communicates booking policy to client so as to avoid overlapping of booking
2.2 Close coordination with other departments for specific requirements on accommodation and function· Action Memos are prepares at least (2) days before function date except for last minute booking confirmations· Conducts coordination meeting with Front Office, Accounting, Food & Beverages at least (1) day before function date (especially with big groups)· Finalizes addendum when necessary
2.3 Maintains an accurate and current profile of updated account listing· Identifies potential target customer· Records all important details and results of sales calls/day in the Weekly Call Report and accomplishes cardexes / Sales System for submission to the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM)
2.4 Ensures achievements of Sales Goals Target· Achieves 100% of the target ARR and at least 80% sales quota· Submits Monthly Forecast or Room Bookings (2) weeks before the next month· Monitors daily, weekly, monthly sales for reporting and budget achievement computation· Gathers market information pertaining to competition and market trends· Analyzes and evaluates monthly and YTD performance assessment for effective goal setting and action planning· Gathers vital data from clients· Receives telephone and walk-inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree and/or any related degree. Applicants must be willing to work in Ermita Manila.
