Qualification:Must be a DOLE accredited OSH practitioner (on process of accreditation or with license number)BOSH certification is required ExperienceMust have 1-2 years of work experience in Occupational Safety and Health Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsImplement programs, activities and policies designed to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Responsible for facilities, clinic and crisis management.Conduct regular safety audit including the inspection of facilities, equipment, safety devices, and work practices to ensure compliance with the required safety standards.Conduct investigation of accidents and submit separate report and analysis of accident to immediate superior.Recommend and implement measures to prevent recurrence of accident.Keep records and coordinate the compilation of information necessary for Risk Management files and reports.Assist departments to establish standards and controls or work processes specific to departmental operations in order to minimize or eliminate hazards.Coordinate with various government, professional and civic agencies and organizations on matters concerning the promotion, maintenance and/or compliance of industrial and environmental safety practice and activities. Ensure the maintenance of equipment, permits, insurance, health, fire, safety system, facility renovation and construction.Liaise with Main Contractor and sub-contractors for site co-ordination and material distribution. Conducts daily/weekly tool box meeting.To respond to employees safety concerned.Attend project/site coordination meetings.**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- OvertimeAbility to commute/relocate:- Iloilo City, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
