Safety Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferred Skills: Microsoft Office; ISO Certification; BOSH Training; First Aid; BLS Training, Basic PCO Training; Driving
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
Preferably residents of Caloocan (north), Quezon City, Novaliches or Valenzuela City
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledgeable and familiar with health, safety and environmental procedures
- Provide Pollution, Health and Safety planning, monitoring, coordination and evaluation to on-site and off-site projects applying the latest available technology
- Plan, recommend, implement and improve health, safety and environment programs
- Conduct site inspection and responsible in ensuring compliance of the company with local and international environmental laws.
- Report any deficiency and non-conformity identified during safety inspection and verification of
- compliance and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure program and activities for health and safety is communicated properly to promote safety awareness of workers to everyday tasks
- Conduct health and safety trainings to employees and contractors.
- Prepare and submits LLDA/DENR/DOLE and other various government agency reports timely andaccurately.
- Prepare required documents by the clients such as but not limited to accreditation, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Prepare Technical Proposals as needed.
- Provide logistical coordination and monitoring of waste transport and acceptance.
- Establish and maintain PR (public relations) with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
