Safety Health & Environment Officer

-Conduct Safety Behavioural Observation and monitor other employee's conduct of SBO.-Evaluate and summarize SBO results, do appropriate actions to correct unsafe behavior and conditions.-Update Daily Safety data.-Conduct Job Hazard Analysis.-Attend SHE meetings.-Conduct routine safety inspection of lines and 5 mins Safety Talk to all lines.-Conduct Fire Fighting equipment inspection.-Monitor PPE implementation.-Conduct Safety orientation for visitors and new employees.-Orient suppliers on Safety-Conduct Safety Training and re-orientation on employees.-Conduct fire and emergency drills.-Update safety manuals and safety signages.-Permits renewal (all government permits)-Monitor Pest Control implementation.-Liaise with government officials and other entities when required.-Do and submit SHE weekly and monthly report to Operation Head.Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Area of Specialty-2-5 yrs. experience on safety, health and environmental aspects-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Computer literate-With certification on Occupational Safety and Health trainings
