Oversee day-to-day Operations:Provide day-to-day supervision of CRO staff
Supervise Daily Operations within the BranchSupervise security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing

Respond, Investigate & Report Theft/Untoward IncidentsRespond, investigate & reports theft incidents (from arrest to case filing)

Act as Fund CustodianSafekeep petty cash fund needed for day-to-day operations

Conduct Orientations & Security DrillsConduct safety & security orientations, drills & simulations for BEMO, employees, contractors’ emergency preparedness

Identify Store Hazards & Security ThreatsConduct facility & clearing inspections, & issue updates on crime trends, suspects, & warrants of arrests
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 3 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
Willing to be assigned inThe SM Store - Olongapo Central
