We’re looking for an experienced RTR Manager. The role is to drive excellence in the team. The role will provide expertise in Records to Report Process (RTR) and lead to enable process change and improvements through process elimination, standardization, simplification and automation.


The role will have the following responsibilities: Delivery Excellence Act as subject matter expert (SME) for RTR activities and provide solution or direction for system errors, escalations, issues and concerns. Stay aware of, and align to Accenture process and data methodology and tooling requirements Regularly review and challenge any step-outs in the current process design to identify best practices and process improvements Collaborate with different processes such as AWS, ISA, Compliance, Payroll Operations, Total Rewards, etc. for the development and maintenance of RTR process documentations ensuring that they evergreen fostering effective processes and controls are in place and are adhered to. Stakeholder Management and Business Relationship Understands the business and Finance agenda and translates that into Finance actions/priorities Point of contact and trouble-shooter for escalations, issues, and concerns related to RTR activities Handles escalations, issues and concerns related to change and improvement initiatives of RTR from different stakeholders People Development Assist in building strong succession plan for self, and BCP for team Assists team members with their assigned work Demonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team Minimum Qualifications:
We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skillset, Must be a Certified Public Accountant Must have at least 5 years accounting or record to report experience with strong financial and accounting skills. Must have a background in a journal entry, balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and purchase requisition. Someone who had worked in labor-intensive company. Someone who had worked in an extensive ERP environment. Must be an RTR Accounting Manager for 2 years in current role. Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
