Main Responsibilities and Tasks
The Rollout Manager is accountable to plan and manage the rollout of the deployment activities for whole or part of a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
Verify availability of resources and materials with subcontractors, requesting missing materials to the materials responsible.
Verify subcontracting Company has the proper technical documentation needed for the proper civil work execution, proper optic fiber deployment and construction of the passive components.
Daily supervision of deployment progress according to the agreed deadlines and quality assurance.
Provide technical solutions on issues occurred during Roll-Out.
Management of subcontractors in Roll-Out phase:
Distribution and feeder network cabling.
Preparation of As-Built documentation.
Communication with Design Coordinator.
Request redesigns.
Tracking Roll-Out process, deviations analysis and implementation of corrective solutions.
Validation of subcontractors work certificates.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Deployment experience in FTTx projects in Philippines
- at least 5 years of FTTHx Projects
- 5 years in the permitting areas for telco projects
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine Deployment Regulations
