While it has grown in size and business interests, locally and internationally, and prospects of the further expansion remain on the horizon, the John Clements Consultants Group has maintained its focus on its core competencies: recruitment and training.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Assists the immediate superior in monitoring daily production status to ensure that products are produced within the standard lead time.Monitors daily production performance such as daily production output, machine downtime, and manpower allocation.Performs change-over and set-up of machines and jigs in preparation for the next production lot.Initiates line and process improvement to ensure production efficiency.
