Key Responsibilities: Analyze and synthesize internal and external risk factors that can impact on the various businesses of the FPH Group Collaborate with risk officers of the FPH portfolio companies to develop, review and monitor effective implementation of mitigating measures Institutionalize the risk management process and ensure alignment with the business model, ESG considerations and strategic plans of the FPH portfolio companies. Organize and conduct the risk reviews and reporting to the FPH Senior Management and Board Risk Oversight Committee (BROC) in collaboration with BU and functional heads Qualification Requirements:
Graduate of bachelor's degree (Technical, Finance and /or Business Undergraduate Course) Masteral units in Business Management / Administration Minimum of 10 years work experience in fields related to various areas of risk management, internal or external audits, compliance, strategy development and process improvement Benefits of working as a Risk Officer in Philippines:
