A Risk Control Officer is in charge of monitoring and securing the Company's operations. The Monitoring Team provides professional service to our Company and ensures the proper function of the system to avoid fraudulent or non-compliant activities from occurring. Job Responsibilities: •Performs daily surveillance of business transactions, and system functions and actively investigates when suspicious or potential risks occur. •Detect all violations and gather evidence/documents to analyze the root cause and synthesize data into a report with recommendations. •Monitor business activities and system functions to ensure they operate normally. Thoroughly analyzes to determine whether any risk factors exist and determine illegitimate activities that occur in our business. •To report on matters that he/she believes are or are likely to be illegal or suspicious behavior to the Supervisor or related parties through verbal or written to address the issue. •Observe system operations for irregular or fraudulent activities. •Execute due diligence to detect and identify non-compliance or breaches. •To gather and analyze data from accurate information to generate an initial list of problems and needs in internal checking. •Prepares a weekly and monthly operations report to a superior. Qualification: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. •Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. (Provide full training for trainees) •Proficient in MS Office Applications and spreadsheets. •Candidates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in any field. •Effective in verbal and written communication skills. Skills and Requirements: •Must be flexible in time, can work on Night Shift and /or Shifting, Rotational Schedule, and/or during Weekends and Holidays (5 working days & 2 days off).•Be a self-starter and a quick learner. •Passionate to investigate and detect fraudulent activities. •Good decision-making skills and detail-oriented. •High integrity, organized with good interpersonal skills. •Display initiative and eagerness to learn new technology and systems. •Works well under pressure. •A team player who can also work independently. Benefits:•Basic Salary: Php 18,000.00/monthly (net pay) + Allowance: Php 10,100/Monthly (meal & transportation allowance)•PHP 50,000/yearly medical reimbursement & HMO coverage for the primary employee (Maxicare)•Salary increase upon Regularization (after 6 months probation)•Vacation Leave – 15 days/year. After the 1st year, an additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 20 days (Unused vacation leave is converted into cash at the end of the year).•Sick Leave – 15 days/year. After the 1st year, an additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 20 days.•Emergency Leave – 2 days/year. After the 1st year, an additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 5 days.
