Risk Adjustment Medical Coder(IP/OP)
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Shift: Night

Job Functions:
Assign ICD-9-CM and/or ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes as per Official Coding Guidelines, CMS 2008 Participant Guide and client-specific guidelines
Correct errors identified through the quality assurance audit process, including a re-review of charts that may contain similar errors
Complete and data enter assigned reviews on a daily basis
Meet or exceed accuracy and productivity standards based on service level agreements with clients

Candidate Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in other approved clinical or coding disciplines with Professional License if indicated for the area of study (e.g. Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
Preference for previous experience in Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC’s)
Preference will be given to certified medical coders (CRC, CPC,CPC-H,CPC-P, CCS or CCS-P)
