REVENUE ACCOUNTANTWorking Address:One Ayala East Tower, Ayala Avenue Corner EDSA, Makati CityWorking Set-up:Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days Onsite per week)Working Schedule:Night Shift Requirement (month end); but regularly mid shiftAbout the position: As the Revenue Accountant, you will have broad responsibilities across all functions, including exposure to accounting, reporting and analysis. This highly visible role will work closely with management and senior-level personnel on the Finance team, as well as cross-functional leaders throughout the company. This role is for someone who will be challenged to grow professionally through assignments entrusted to you.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting with new US GAAP adoption projects, including but not limited to ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 340 deferred costs;Reviewing transaction data, analyzing, allocating and calculating revenue for multi-element sales contracts for accurate and timely revenue recognition; Assisting with service projects standalone selling price revenue recognition, service tracking and service projects profit/loss analysis for North America Territory;Assisting with revenue and AR reporting analysis;Reviewing urgent CRM opportunities, processing urgent sales orders, and issuing invoices through various channels;Issuing customer account statements, as needed;Preparing vendor forms in North America Territory;Other ad hoc revenue related tasks;What you will bring to our team:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a commensurate level of relevant accounting experience.CPA is required (ACCA is a plus).At least 3 years of work experience in managing revenue recognition and/or service project accounting (IFRS 15/ASC 606)Understand US GAAPMust have worked with international companies/multinational teamsA high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to details.Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.NetSuite/ERP experience is a plus.Experience with the software industry is a plus.
