INVENTORY COUNT
Perform quarterly count across all consignment doors and spot audits for outright doors.INVENTORY RECONExtracts balances from ELC systems (SAP, SSRS, ROS) and compare against physical count.
Conducts deep dive analysis on sources of variances to reconcile inventories by checking against all factors affective inventory movements.
Recommends final adjustmentsand proper treatment for such variances following ELC policies and procedures.
Assists the Retail Supply Chain Executive in coming up with monthly store KPI dashboard focusing on inventory accuracy.ADMINAssists the retail supply chain executive in inventory adjustment in xadmin.
Attends to store concerns on ROS inventory related issues.
QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of four year course, specifically in Math or related courses.'- Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of inventory management fundamentalsKnowledge and background in physical count and inventory management is required.Must have effective communication, organization, problem solving, interpersonal and team building skills and able to manage multiple projectsThe ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficientAbility to think quickly and effectivelyHigh standards, follow through and attention to detailSense of urgencyAdaptability and flexibilityTake on additional assignments as neededSalary:
