Retail Marketing Associate (Davao)

**JOB SUMMARY**- Responsible for managing, implementing, and analyzing local marketing plans that aims to increase store foot traffic.- Assist in the implementation of brand campaign nationwide.- Monitor the e-commerce projects.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Create local marketing strategies that will help increase sales achievement- Regularly propose localized marketing projects, prepare post-event report and evaluation, and monitor and update store requirements such as but not limited to videoloop, campaign POP, etc. align with the mall's marketing guidelines- Scout for possible merchant/ company tie-up or cross promotions, maximize PR opportunity- Ensure that marketing proposal and projects are align with yearly plan- Scout for venues or events to tie-up- Monitor social media page's comments and immediately answer inquiries from customers- Evaluate sales and directly coordinate/ report to Head Office-Manila for concerns, ideas/ suggestions, etc.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 2 years experience related to this field and industry is an advantage- Proficient in basic e-commerce and social media platformsAbility to work during weekends if there's an eventPay: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Employee discountSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Retail Marketing Associate: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
