You can expect to be accountable for the following: 1. Trade Marketing & Sales
Develops the sales strategies (merchandising, distribution, promotions, pricing), plans and tactics to be implemented in our 12 branches Develop and implement annual plans to drive revenue/profit growth for the channel. Provide communication materials/ planogram / POSM guidelines for all touch points. Feed the marketing team information to help identify strengths and weaknesses of the brands, and opportunities and threats for the market. 2. Operations
Ensure that in-store activation targets are achieved: on-shelf availability for must-have skus, placement targets on-shelf, right shelf space share, sampling activations, price increase/implementations Participate in joint forecast planning Ensure all 13 branches are compliant with all mall requirements. Coordinate with manpower agencies and mall admin offices to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 3. Budget & Controlling
Performs cost analysis for category programs and initiatives. Controlling Channel Budgets in terms of activity content and budget. Ensure that the activity is in line with company strategies and is within budgeted amount Work setup and expectations Report to office in Sucat, Paranaque and/or Libis, QC minimum 3 times a week, subject to change. Balance is remote work Flexi-time but expected to attend all required meetings (within 9-6pm) Punctuality with deadlines, projects, and meetings Start date: ASAP Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years working experience in Trade/Retail Marketing. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Google Suite equivalent. At least professional fluency in English and Filipino.
