Responsible for developing retail finance solutions to increase sales of commodity. Retail Finance Manager is also responsible for creation of the retail finance business plan, establishing the concrete retail financing scheme, create basic contracts, building new finance programs and incentive plan for customers, its system and planning establishment of finance company in a few years.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Business plan: 
Create the business plan for the new business, retail financing business.
• Promote the creation of business plans and obtain permission for new business from the headquarters.
• Conducts market research necessary for business planning, plans target customers, interest rate settings, financing programs, and credit screening guidelines, and is responsible for creating manuals for each function.
• Takes the initiative in recruiting the necessary human resources.
2) Budget:
Develop a business plan for each year.
Establish and promote a schedule that includes securing the necessary resources.
The goal is to establish a new independent financing company by 2026.
Plan a 10-year plan and expand the target areas of our finance business.
3) Documentations:
Prepare for Contract forms which will be required for financing with lawyers.
4) Sales Support: 
Provides training and support to retail sales teams on available financing options, business policies, schemes, price circulars, and marketing support materials.
5) Sales Promotions:  
Plans and executes sales promotions and campaigns to generate interest in retail finance products and drive customer engagement.
6) Banking Relationship Management: 
Cultivates strong relationships with banking partners, serving as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders. (First through Treasury team, and directly after independent as a finance company)
7) Control: 
Develops mechanisms, processes, and programs to ensure internal audits are in place to avoid loss of company resources. 
• Assists in determining the financial impact of project initiatives that need to be included in the budget process. 
• Review and report monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance to business leaders.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment.
8) MIS and Reporting: Develops and maintains management information systems (MIS) to track and analyze key performance metrics related to retail finance tie-ups.
9) Training Dealers Team: Designs and delivers training programs for dealer teams on retail finance products and processes.
Ensures dealerships have a dedicated team for retail finance. Building dealer team and training them. 10) Coordination: Coordinates with other departments to generate quarterly financial forecast: updates Key Performance Indicators and Profit and Loss, balance sheet, and undertakes consolidation of the financial statements with respect to forecasts. 
Works closely with the General Accounting Team to monitor the capital level of the company and prepares capital request paper for the required infusion. Collaborates with stakeholders, including Senior Management, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions. 11) Monitoring: Reviews detailed expense reports prepared by the Finance Planning Staff. Identifies reasons for variance whether positive or negative. 
Provides guidance to different departments and recommends measures to control/manage expenses and keep within the planned expense budget. Monitors over the retail development across the territories of dealer. 12) Reports: Generates reports on business/statement of distributable profits on a yearly basis. Generates required monthly and quarterly dashboards required by Management. 
Prepares quarterly expense forecasting to ensure year-to-date performance is aligned with the approved targets.  Ensures that all records meet financial regulations. 13) Process Development: Establishes strategic process to work efficiency in the development of the retail finance program.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field. WORK EXPERIENCE: 6+ years in managing retail financing roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and financial planning systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral communication.  Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization. Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas. Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions. Strong financial system and business administration understanding. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads and successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to understand financial issues in an environment of rapid growth. Ability to own and independently drive projects in ambiguous set-ups with little guidance.
