HAPPY BUDDHA Is currently looking for:  RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR Job Description:  Restaurant Supervisor is in charge of all restaurant operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. Supervisors also oversees the restaurant staff activities, ensures the food quality and health, safety regulations and resolves customer's complaints. Job Responsibilities: Managing the work schedules restaurant staff.Performs regular inspection of the kitchen's restaurant to determine whether the proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.Looking to dining customersto enquire about food quality and service.Monitors inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.Perform other task/duties assigned by superiorQualifications: 1 or 2 years proven experience working as a supervisor in the Food & Beverage industryMinimum high school diplomaStrong management skillsExcellent customer service skillsEffective communication skills
