Shift: Thursday to Monday 8PM - 5AM
Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home
Dive into Impactful Duties: Your Role Unveiled Share the common concept - treating others as we would want to be treated.
Maintain continuous communication with multiple departments for cross-functional collaboration.
Create a personalized experience for travelers by offering the best suitable options for their stay.
Check the availability of accommodations on the guest's desired travel dates.
Answer any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
Resolve any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Provide assistance to guests who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Verify guest information and payment options, sending confirmation emails or letters.
Effectively communicate with guests over the phone, via text, or email, striving to provide excellent customer service.
Assist Guest Relations with guest arrivals, payments, and contract details.
Maintain accurate files and notes for all incoming reservation requests on PMS and Lead Management Software.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and guest relationships.
Be familiar with the location, features, and amenities of all our luxury vacation properties.
Comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously strive to improve skills and increase knowledge within reservations.
Fulfill any other duties necessary to uphold our Mission and abide by our Organization's Values.
Requirements Ignite Your Skills: What We're Looking For Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the telephone.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up efficiently.
Proficient in creating a guest experience.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Proficient in basic mathematics.
Observant and detail-oriented, able to coordinate and multitask job duties in a busy environment.
