Research Associate (Mandarin Speaking)

The position of a Research Associate has the following responsibilities to support our Client - RPO company:- Marketing Calls (English/Mandarin/Cantonese) to Clients/Customers (Introduction calls)- ?Setting up appointment calls, Interview calls.- Acquire familiarity with Web 2.0 tools, including research directories, ATS, CRM software, association platforms, and major job boards- Comprehensive research on target companies, employing effective research techniques to ensure data accuracy and relevancy.- Organize and input collected information into the database, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and upholding data integrity standards.- Conduct confirmation call (English/Mandarin/Cantonese) with relevant contacts to validate and confirm the accuracy of the gathered information.- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using Online CRM Platforms. - Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned.Qualifications :- Outstanding communication skills - English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)- ?Relevant past experiences is required.
