Research Associate

FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND, INC. JOB SUMMARY: Collector Macroeconomic and demographic data, information, and statistic which are used in various reports submitted to the president/SEO or Cluster Heads.
Prepare marco and special studies that will assist Top Management and the different Clusters in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion for the Company, which may also trigger rawland acquisition in areas where Filinvest still has no or lacks presence.
Provide assistance to the Research Team in competitor and market research required by the Top Management or the different Clusters that will assist them in their tactical or strategic decision (such as product, price, geographical expansion, rawland purchase decisions, among others).
For macro Research: · Collect and interpret macro economic data needed to supplement the Research Teams market/ competitor studies.
· Prepare the bi-monthly Real Estate Brief, an EMS Market Research- initiated publication that summarizes important real estate news/developments.
· Monitor regional growth trends thru government macro reports and statistics, and report any relevant news or information for Top Managements use
· Prepare special reports as well as immediate research using macro or demographic data as needed by Top Management or special Clusters or the Rawland Committee
· Research on new businesses or products in the (real state) market, particularly those which Filinvest may consider exploring.
For competition research: · Gather, encode, tabulate, and interpret competition data such as the inventory, take up, price, and payment terms of all Filinvest competitor scan, rawland acquisition recommendations, pricing of new Filinvest projects to be launched, and another reports, rawland acquisition recommendations, pricing of new Filinvest projects to be launched, and other reports.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED: · Must possess at least a bachelor's degree preferably in Economics
· Background/experience in real estate
· Seminars/ briefings on real estate and macroeconomy
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
