**Qualifications**:- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technician or equivalent is an Advantage **BUT NOT REQUIRED.**- Required language(s): English, Filipino- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Analytical Skills, Communication Skills- Willing to work in Diliman, Quezon City**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Conduct research on existing and newly launch product in the market.- Be aware of the existing cosmetic product trends in the market.- Strategize formulations that answer to the demands of the client (product specifications, claims and benefits).- Conduct researches on appropriate active ingredients and recipients to be added on formulation that meet the demand on physical specifications, censorial performance, claims and benefits of cosmetic and personal care products requested by client.- Perform laboratory trials to test formulations and evaluate them based on required parameters.- Prepare and conduct standard protocols in conducting performance of prototype.Conduct validation and scale-up in the manufacturing set-up.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Health insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)License/Certification:- PRC ID (preferred)
