Full job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Research and Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The Research and Development Officer will be responsible for conducting research on maritime curriculum, and networks with known organization to benchmark teaching practices, marketing and maritime trends and other materials that are essential business development. This role requires a strong scientific background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Responsibilities:- Knowledgeable on Maritime Industry, Training courses and curricula. Reliable and complete inresearch information that would aid the effective development and implementation of trainingprograms and Business Development/Continuity.- Possesses oral and written communication skills.- Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft computer applications.- Resourceful, Responsible, Willing to work on extended hours and on weekendsJob Qualifications- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Marketing Management Baccalaureate Degree- At least two (2) years related work experience- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment-Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask simultaneously, goal orientedJob Type: Full-timePay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:•Company events•Health insurance•Opportunities for promotion•Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:•8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:•13th month salary
