RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATEJob DescriptionWill be responsible for monitoring quality standard of all packaging materials, raw materials, and finished products for evaluation and analysisAssist R&D Chemist in overseeing the entire Research and Development process and procedures of the new and reformulated Finished ProductsResponsibilities include: Evaluate all packaging materials in accordance with standard specification.Responsible in tagging status of all packaging material arrivalsValidate the raw materials and packaging materials prior to serving to the production.Assist in establishing qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis or experiments for the new and reformulated finished products.Assist in providing and preparing samples for biological testing, Efficacy testing and Product safety.Performroutine inspections from start of filling, middle and final product in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirements.Maintain and follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety standards.Monitors and checks the steps in product preparation from processing to packing and releasing of finished products to warehouse Job Qualifications: 2-5 years work experience required.Effective communication and active listeningAvailable benefits: Direct HiringRegular Working Hours (8am-5:30pm)Job RegularizationGovernment Mandated Benefits
