Most jobs have 5-7 major job responsibilities that represent the essential function of the position_._)_**- Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent customer relationship.- Interface and communicate with logistics, business planning, engineering and others as required to accomplish job functions.- Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times in a designated region- Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount.- Manage the backlog of the customers.- Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.- Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff.- Recommend process improvements.- Ensure that the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.- Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
