Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Meralco, a leading utility company in the Philippines, is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to customers experiencing technical issues with their utility services- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner- Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat support- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our system- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Requirements:- Driven and confident personality traits- Strong decision-making and adaptability skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of utility services
