Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to our customers and employees, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to customers and employees.2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.3. Assist in the installation and maintenance of systems.4. Document and track technical issues and resolutions.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency.6. Provide training and guidance to users on how to use technology effectively.7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a similar role.2. Motivated and independent personality traits.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to innovate and implement creative solutions.5. Knowledge of computer hardware and software.6. Excellent communication skills.7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
