Remote Operations Manager

Ayala Corporation, a leading conglomerate in the Philippines, is seeking a highly qualified Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: energetic and independent. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong soft skills in decision-making and leadership.

As the Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our remote teams to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing remote work policies and procedures- Monitoring the performance and productivity of remote employees- Providing guidance and support to remote teams to ensure they meet their targets- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals- Identifying areas for improvement in remote operations and implementing solutions- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to remote employees- Managing remote resources effectively to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong background in remote operations management. In addition, you must be able to make sound decisions under pressure and lead a team effectively.
