Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Remote Operations Associate to join our team at Philippine Airlines. As an Associate level role, you will be responsible for supporting remote operations and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This is a part-time position located in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze data to track and report on key operational metrics.- Assist in project management activities to drive strategic initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.- Support in the development and implementation of operational processes.- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field.- Strong teamwork and project management skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
