Job Description:
Avion School is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the tech education industry and work remotely from the comfort of their own home. As an Entry Level Remote Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat- Provide accurate information about Avion School's programs, courses, and services- Assist prospective students with the admissions process and answer any questions they may have- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary- Gather feedback from customers and report any common issues or trends to the team- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
