Job Description:
Humble Sustainability is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team based in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields. The Remote Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and technical support via live chat.2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and feedback.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.6. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.
Requirements:1. Energetic and confident personality traits.2. Strong leadership and communication skills.3. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.5. Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
