Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat.2. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.3. Provide product information and guidance to customers.4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.2. Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.5. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.6. Must be motivated and reliable.
