Job Description:MetroMart is seeking a skilled Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, or chat- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about company promotions and offerings- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the brand- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Driven and dedicated mindset with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
