Remote Customer Support Associate

FlySpaces is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for energetic and reliable individuals who possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

As a Remote Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities will include:1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat2. Assisting customers with booking inquiries and resolving issues3. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions5. Contributing to the overall success of the team by meeting and exceeding KPIs

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following requirements:1. Excellent communication skills2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment3. Strong problem-solving skills4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software5. High school diploma or equivalent
