Job Description:

Solaire Resort & Casino is looking for a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and provide exceptional customer service from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with booking reservations, providing information about our services, and addressing any concerns they may have- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues- Ability to negotiate and problem solve to find solutions for customers- Must be detail-oriented and organized- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis- High school diploma or equivalent
