Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels to our customers. This is a full-time position where you will work remotely from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer service experience

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and energetic personality traits- Strong planning and attention to detail skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
