Job Description:Cloudstaff is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients- Research and gather information to address client concerns effectively- Make informed decisions to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting clients- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall client support experience

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role- Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with ease- Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to client inquiries- Effective decision-making abilities to provide quick and accurate solutions to clients- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace- Must be proficient in using basic computer applications and software
