Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a talented Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any concerns or questions they may have- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and projects are delivered on time- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client accounts and overall satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements:- Must be motivated and adaptable, able to work in a remote setting and adjust quickly to changing priorities- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Strong innovation skills to drive creativity and original thinking in client interactions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
