Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:Pushkart.ph is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with navigating the Pushkart.ph platform, resolving technical issues, and processing orders- Upsell products and services to customers through persuasive communication techniques- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using chat support and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
