Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a full-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, resilient, have strong time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:- Process invoices and expense reports- Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
