Job Description:
Olivia is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient, confident, creative, and innovative.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.- Assist customers with any account-related inquiries, issues, or requests.- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide exceptional support.
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.- High school diploma or equivalent.
