Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Philippine Airlines is currently seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to account holders for any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their accounts- Assist in account management tasks such as account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless account support- Develop and maintain relationships with key account holders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Work on special projects and initiatives related to account support as needed

Requirements:- Adaptability and willingness to work remotely- Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality support- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in project management to handle tasks efficiently and effectively- Previous experience in account support or a related field- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
