The representative will work to locate all available documentation needed for posting and appeals processes.

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. Exhibit proficient data entry skills. Work independently with proficiency. Navigate multiple insurance portals proficiently. Simultaneously manage multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy. Efficiently and effectively operate under time constraints. Possess a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy and demonstrate proficiency with computers. Apply knowledge of medical terminology as required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Pay meticulous attention to detail. Maintain self-motivation and willingness to self-direct. Fulfill other duties as assigned.
