Registered Nurse

The role will provide phone-based triage services to Philippine residents and will be the primary point of contact as patients call in with a variety of health or medical needs. Nurses working in telehealth will need to assess patient's medical concerns and endorse them to our resident doctors for diagnosis. This role also requires excellent communication, listening, and critical-thinking skills.Key responsibilities:Take incoming calls, chat, or video call from Philippine residents to coordinate patient careConduct phone-based triageCommunicate with patients or their caregiversCoordinate with internal or external providers, healthcare groups, and route all calls to the appropriate resourcesHandle customer inquiries over the phone, chat, or video call, and manage customer concernsQualifications and Experience:A flexible, collaborative team player with a solution oriented approach to problemsLicensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), in a good standing and without limitations of licensure, and with a degree in Bachelor of Science in NursingWilling to work in shifting schedulesWilling to work for 5 days a weekWilling to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
